Deli Responsibilities
Follows Good Food Handling Practices and Preparation in accordance with Freshies® guidelines.
Understands how to accepts deliveries.
Ensures product handling meets Freshies® standards.
Understands how to track information via handheld or paper processing.
Consistently performs to all food safety, cleaning and sanitation procedures.
Follows Freshies® standards for overall Deli appearance, cleanliness and organization.
Uses only RHF approved products and items for food preparation, cleaning and safety.
Handles and prepares all food products in accordance to Freshies® specifications.
Follows proper procedures of reporting to supervisor(s) relating to customer complaints concerning service, food preparation and quality.
Open shift availability, including nights and weekends.

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Tank Smart C - Training will be provided.
