    The Go Far With Freshies Contest ("Contest") is sponsored by:

    2. Eligibility

    The Contest is open to legal residents of Maine who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.

    Void where prohibited by law.

    3. Contest Period

    The Contest begins on June 21, 2026 6am and ends on September 30, 2026 ("Contest Period & Prizes Vary").

    Entries submitted outside the Contest Period will not be eligible.

    4. How to Enter

    Participants may enter by:

    4. All submissions must include the “Freshies” logo in your post to qualify.

    5. Submitting their entry before the Contest Period ends.

    Limit one (1) entry per person per week of contest duration, unless otherwise stated by Sponsor.

    5. Contest Theme

    Participants are invited to share how they would "Go Far With Freshies" through [story, photo, video, hashtag usage, or other specified formats explained on the contest page and social posts].

    Entries should demonstrate creativity, originality, and connection to the Freshies Deli brand and social campaign guidelines specified.

    7. Prize(s)

    One or more winners will receive:

    PRIZE: Stand-Up Paddle Board – Announced 07/31/26
    PRIZE: Powerade Branded Trek Mountain Bike – Announced 08/28/26
    PRIZE: Treager Grill Monster Branded Snowboard – Announced 10/31/26

    No substitution, transfer, or cash redemption of prizes is permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion.

    8. Winner Selection and Notification

    Potential winner(s) will be notified via email and/or telephone/social messaging using the contact information provided during entry.

    If a selected winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days, declines the prize, or fails to meet eligibility requirements,

    By entering the Contest, participants grant Freshies Deli the right to use their name, city/state, photograph, likeness, and submitted content for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

    10. Intellectual Property

    Entrants retain ownership of their original submissions. By entering, participants grant Freshies Deli a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, display, and promote submitted content in connection with the Contest and future marketing activities.

    11. Disqualification

    Freshies Deli reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:

    • Violates these Official Rules.

    • Submits false or misleading information.

    • Attempts to tamper with the entry process.

    • Engages in fraudulent or unsportsmanlike conduct.

    12. Limitation of Liability

    Freshies Deli is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, damaged, or technically corrupted entries, nor for any technical malfunctions, network failures, or unauthorized intervention affecting the Contest.

    15. Sponsor's Right to Modify

    Freshies Deli reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest.
